  • Ishu has treated me after 2, separate, mastectomies with lymph node removal and also after I had neck of femur pinned due to a fracture. On all 3 occasions I recovered full range of movement much quicker than I and both of my consultants, had expected. She was very professional and knowledgable and I would recommend her highly.

  • Went to see Ishu with a highly sensitive and painful right forearm. Within minutes she focussed on my neck and after checking it was stiff said that the arm was probably due to my problem in the neck. She then manipulated my neck and gave me some ‘ultrasound’. Like magic in an hour besides my neck which was a lot better my arm was as lot less sensitive. Another short session after a few days and I am virtually pain free and am just carrying on with the exercises she recommended. Thank you Ishu; you are a brilliant physio.

  • I had developed pain at both knees owing to badminton and had been hobbling around for several months. I had come to accept the pain. In a chance consultation Ishu persuaded me that some simple exercises to strengthen the thigh muscles could make the situation more manageable. Ishu’s commitment to regularly checking on my progress kept me on track in the initial stages. I am very happy with the improvement.   • Being a Physio myself, I knew there was something not right with my child when we saw slow regression in her physical activities after 6 months, unable to stand, unable to babble, unable to have eye contact with us so we started getting really worried. I started getting worried and reading about Cerebral palsy, ASD and lots of other child developmental disorder and thought could be one of them. Luckily in the end we got in touch with Ishu who is an excellent pediatrics physio as she helped us in hinting towards the diagnosis and also gave us reassurance that our child is going to improve each day with the activities she taught us. During our child’s assessment, Ishu was so fantastic in her handling skills and was so exceptional in making bond with our little baby in such a short time. Our little baby could almost do everything which we were worried she was not able to do. Now our baby is able to stand with no support for nearly 1 minute, has started slightly engaging with us and started doing eye contact with us only in few weeks of treatment. So I like to recommend Ishu to anyone who are struggling any aspect of their child’s growth.

  • ‘After 4 weeks of being in agonising pain with no relief from strong pain killers for bursitis, my daughter arrange an appointment with Ishu. At the first assessment and consultation, Ishu promised she could improve my pain by 25%. The next day she was right! Ishu telephoned me and I couldn’t believe it, but for the first time in 4 weeks I started to feel more human and in less pain.
